Discovery Furniture's exclusive Red Carpet Delivery starts with a thorough inspection in our Distribution Center of the merchandise to be delivered, so that upon arrival, everything is in perfect condition and ready for your home.
Your purchase will be carefully loaded, protected with padding and delivered by our own delivery team using our own trucks.
Delivery includes assembly, set-up and removal of all packaging materials. Delivery does not include removal of old furniture and/or the rearranging of furniture.
In preparation for your delivery, ensure that the area where you would like your furniture is free and clear of old furniture and any items that may obstruct the passageway of the delivery team. Our team cannot be responsible for moving your existing furniture, televisions, stereo equipment or other household belongings.
Regardless of manufacturer warranties, Discovery Furniture warrants furniture you purchase from us to be free of manufacturing defects for 6 months and will provide in-home repair in our service area if required.
We will also ensure you receive the full benefit of factory warranties, as Discovery Furniture is the "Factory Authorized" service provider in this area for many of our manufacturers.
